• Planned and developed a multi-departmental domain using security policies and organization structures to isolate user groups and security borders.
• Implemented new domain and migrated the previous domain with exchange 2003 to the new domain.
• Developed secure web interface, using Microsoft Sharepoint Services, for intranet / extranet access to files, administrative forms, and personal websites.
• Acted as help desk for over 200 users including: faculty, staff, and students.

• Successfully created factory models that provided our sponsors with capital expense requirements, factory production limitations, employee requirements, and costs, allowing them to make critical decisions based on multiple scenarios.
• Developed an online project management tool, using Access, which allowed our team to manage open issues, track purchase request and request for quotes, schedule job builds, and view team resources and important documents.  Later transferred to a corporate management system.
• Acted as center point of contact for assembly location and preferred vendors, scheduling cell builds, resource management, and deliveries.
• Responsible for the research and development group which included; setting up and tracking experiments, scheduling with associated teams, managing cross-team resources, working with manufacturing to develop products for production, and using tools such as Microsoft Project and Product Development Program (PDP).
• Provided technical and analytical support for IT with software and network issues.

• Managed fifteen small business networks in the Gainesville area.  Using remote access and management tools, our team was able to maintain a close relationship with all of our customers. 
• Lead business and organizational meetings with my team and as a member of the board of directors.

• Provided wireless administration of event computers to maintain security and reduce administrative overhead.

• Designed a website for sharing information and resources, and setup an event registration forum with attendee management, payment processing, and automated on-site registration.
